Utilizing a web-based portal, our customers can quickly submit job orders for short-term and PRN staffing needs by providing only the necessary information to "get the ball rolling" and, within seconds, the Staff Exchange search engine get's this need before a large pool of 'certified' Kare Partners providers looking for work assignment opportunities.
- The Staff Exchange search engine only offers your job order to providers that meet your criteria and are geographically situated to be able to service your need
- Staff Exchange presents all interested providers to you for consideration. You can review the provider's work experience, clinical specialties, knowledge-base regarding EMR/documentation systems, and provider reviews from other Kare Partners customers that were serviced by the provider, and you pick the one you want
Competitive Rates
In addition, you have the ability to control costs by setting a maximum reimbursement rate for services provided. With that rate ceiling in mind, our providers will submit the rate they are willing to receive for providing the requested services to you; knowing that there may be others interested in this job order, they may chose to offer their services below your stated maximum rate.
Responsive Customer Service
Our Staff Exchange coordination team monitors the status of all job orders and provider responses to ensure that you are getting a timely reply to your requests for services and to follow up on the quality of services provided by our clinical staff assigned to you.
